Our Delicious Hog Roast

A whole Portmahomack pig is slow roasted for 10 - 12 hours in our hog roast machine. It is an impressive sight when cooked, golden brown and covered in crispy crackling making a huge visual impact with mouth watering smells, a definite wow factor!

Hog Roasts are a great choice for an event and RedPoppy Events Catering serve succulent Portmahomack pigs complete with crackling and condiments. Hog roasts can be provided as part of a 3-course Highland wedding meal, a banquet or as part of a simple, informal occasion with the pulled pork on a bun with apple sauce and stuffing.
