In 2005, he catered a Highland
Banquet in a marquee at the Inter Nations Go-Karting
Championship at Golspie for around three hundred people
closely followed that evening by a barbeque. A highly
successful day enjoyed by all.
Nick spent three years at college
studying Professional Cookery & Hospitality Operations.
He started his career, South of the border, as an Agency Chef
working his way up through the ranks until he was given a
position in some of the best-known four & five star hotels and
restaurants in the Country including the Dorchester Hotel,
Hilton, Les Ambassadors, to name a few. He even took up
the challenge of cooking aboard the Orient Express for a
stint. Training is ongoing and he recently completed the
Cook Safe - Food Safety Assurance System by the Food Standards
Agency in Scotland. So you can be rest assured of the
