RedPoppy catering offers a choice of menus for clients but will tailor each menu to suit individual tastes.

However, for those who prefer a more traditional four-course, sit-down meal, Red Poppy can prepare and serve a delicious menu featuring the best local and Scottish produce including fresh, west coast, hand-dived scallops, racks of lamb and Ross-shire roast beef.
Nick and the team can cater for both smaller, intimate gatherings of around 50 guests as well as larger events of up to 350 covers at locations throughout the Highlands and islands including Skye, the Western Isles and Sutherland.
The corporate side of the business has also been a huge success with the company catering for business lunches and corporate events.

From a gourmet three-course dinner to a delicious cold buffet featuring the finest cold meats from some of the best local producers, homemade individual quiches and succulent flavoursome chicken skewers to salads, ciabatta and foccacia sandwiches as well as an array of freshly prepared desserts, every guest is guaranteed to be left wanting more.
Nick also caters for vegetarian clients.
The business supplies all its own crockery, cutlery and glassware as well as cookers and hot cupboards. All the food is freshly prepared and cooked on site.
